Board Meetings:
The Board meets every month unless otherwise posted, either online or at the Suncoast Bible Presbyterian Church 975 CR 1 Palm Harbor, FL.
HOA members are encouraged to attend. You can review the minutes of past Wexford West Board Meeting Minutes by clicking on the menu tab at the top of the home page.
HOA Meeting information will be posted on the community message board at the park prior to meetings as well as the meeting agenda will be emailed to home owners that have submitted their E-Consent form.

Wexford West is a lovely well-established neighborhood of single-family homes. Daventry Square, our sister community of villa homes, participates in the association activities of the Wexford West HOA.
We encourage all owners to get involved in keeping our neighborhood beautiful. Volunteers are always needed and appreciated for various projects within the community. So please take the opportunity to get involved!
Our neighborhood is located close to all the best Florida has to offer! Wexford West is a short car drive, walk, or bike ride to Downtown Palm Harbor, fabulous Honeymoon Island State Park, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and Downtown Dunedin.
