SIGNS IN YARD
Please be aware that the only signs that are allowed within the neighborhood are: Home FOR SALE signs/Open house signs on the day of the event, garage sale signs at the entrances on the day of event, and security system signs. Aside from the three listed above, no signage is allowed in our neighborhood. With the upcoming election, we would like to remind everyone that the rules do not allow signs to be posted. This information is part of our covenants and restrictions.  

Suggestions from your Wexford West HOA Board 
A few suggestions on things we can all do in order to maintain our beautiful community. 

  1. Clear the sidewalks of debris, ensuring that they are safe and accessible to everyone in our community.
  2. Make sure that leaves and other debris are cleared from the sewer drains to prevent blockages and keep the water flowing freely.
  3. This is an ideal time to check the condition of our driveways, sidewalks, and fences. Cleaning and power washing them can go a long way in keeping our community looking its best.


Let's work together to make Wexford West a clean and inviting place to live. Thank you for your cooperation and partnership towards this goal.

Dear WWHOA Community,

The board wanted to lift up some important reminders for all things Wexford West. 

Reminders- It is important that we all recognize and adhere to the rules and restrictions and covenants and bylaws of the neighborhood. Residents who do not adhere to the rules and restrictions are subject to violations and fines for observed non-compliance of said rules and regulations. (Links to the rules and restrictions and convents and bylaws are below). Inspections are completed monthly and violations letters are mailed monthly. 

WWHOA wanted to specifically call out some of the specific rules that have been observed as being violated repeatedly. Brief descriptions below, for the full rule, please use the links.

Section 1- Condition of Building Grounds. It shall be the responsibility of each Owner to prevent the development of any unclean, unsightly, or unkempt conditions of building or grounds on such Lot which shall tend to substantially decrease the beauty of the community as a whole or a specific area.

Section 7 Signs- All year long and especially during election time, and it is important to note that no sign is permitted.

Section 8. Parking – No motor home, camper, boat, or boat trailer, commercial vehicle shall be parked in the neighborhood unless concealed from public view. 

Section 13. Animals and pets- No animals, livestock and/or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot except that cats, dogs and other household pets.

Section 16. Garbage and Trash Disposal -All trash, garbage and other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers, and, except during pick-up, if required to be placed at the curb, all containers shall be kept within an enclosure or properly screened to be out of sight from the front and side streets.

Violations of any rule will result in a violation letter with requested response and remediation. Failure to remediate will result in fines.
